Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Family Physician, IM physician, Physician Assistant (PA), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at North Buncombe Family Medicine in Weaverville, NC. As a Family Physician, PA or FNP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality primary care services and ensure patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid medical license as a Family Physician, Physician Assistant (PA), or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine for Family Physicians
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program for PAs
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Family Practice for FNPs
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in primary care and preventive medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred
