A global financial services firm is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic and collaborative HR team in Midtown Manhattan. This is a high-exposure opportunity for a rising HR professional to support a full spectrum of HR functions in a fast-paced, global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including internal transfers, onboarding, terminations, organizational changes, performance management, and year-end compensation processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR leadership to implement talent planning strategies
- Prepare data-driven reports and polished presentations to support workforce reviews and planning meetings
- Manage logistics related to employee movement, including international and cross-department transfers
- Coordinate with Recruiting and HR Operations teams to ensure alignment and process efficiency
- Assist with employee relations matters by supporting case documentation and issue tracking
- Review and analyze HR data using Excel, drawing insights to inform decision-making
- Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
- Provide administrative support for HR transactions with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality
