  • Coordinate daily operations with the Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Communications.
  • Monitor patient care plans (POCs) and help ensure patients complete their prescribed visits.
  • Track, analyze, and report key metrics to improve clinic efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Act as a communication hub between patients, therapists, and leadership.
  • Contribute ideas, share priorities, and proactively flag roadblocks so the team can succeed together.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills—you enjoy helping people.
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment.
  • Comfort with technology and data—tracking progress, running reports, and spotting trends.
  • A proactive mindset—you take ownership, anticipate needs, and look for solutions.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service and/or administrative experience (healthcare or office setting preferred).
  • Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Passion for working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Why Join North Boulder PT?

  • Impact: Play a key role in helping patients achieve their goals and get back to doing what they love.
  • Growth: Continuous training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Culture: We are a supportive, high-energy team that celebrates wins together.
  • Stability: We’ve been proudly serving Boulder County and beyond since 1980.

Physical Requirements

  • Periods of prolonged sitting and computer work.
