Individual assists an individual student with learning activities in the classroom monitoring student during non-instructional time.
Must be willing to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
Qualifications
Certification by the Illinois State Board of Education as a state and NCLB approved paraprofessional.
(Minimum of 60 credit hours or passage of Para Pro Praxis Test)
Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (RBT) preferred
Computer Skills Preferred.
Salary
Placement on non-certified support staff schedule, depending on college credit and/or training experience.
Hours
7 hours per day.
