Our large format store at Sylvia Park is on the search for an experienced Store Manager.

We’re looking for a competitive Store Manager with exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience driving successful result in retail.

You’ll need to be mature, confident, results driven and dynamic; ready to get stuck in, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing change to improve our performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading an epic team of 30 retail staff
• Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborating with our Regional Managers, Merchandisers and Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
  
  

To Succeed In The Role, You’ll Need

• 3 years Retail Management experience in a large format store
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff
• A mature approach to work and performance
• Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
• Friendly, approachable persona
• Passion for fashion, retail and the brands we stock

You will be working Tuesday to Saturday approximately 43hours per week.
