About the Role
We are seeking a polished, high-performing Med Spa Coordinator to lead the patient experience across our med spa division. This role serves as the central point of connection between patients, providers, marketing, and leadership—curating a seamless, concierge-level journey from initial inquiry through long-term retention.
Blending elevated patient care with sales strategy and operational oversight, this individual will drive growth while ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standard of luxury and professionalism.
What You’ll Own
Concierge Patient Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for all non-surgical inquiries (injectables, laser, microneedling, aesthetician services, BHRT, weight loss, hair restoration, and medical-grade skincare).
- Guide patients through consultation, treatment planning, scheduling, and follow-up with a highly personalized, white-glove approach.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Own all inbound leads, executing a structured, high-touch follow-up strategy.
- Optimize conversion through thoughtful communication, relationship-building, and consistent scripting.
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Drive revenue through strategic treatment planning, package offerings, and membership engagement.
- Educate patients on services and skincare to increase lifetime value.
Marketing & Brand Collaboration
- Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement strategies.
- Support review generation, retention initiatives, and overall brand growth.
Vendor Relations & Industry Insight
- Maintain strong relationships with aesthetic and skincare representatives.
- Identify opportunities for promotions, events, and exclusive offerings.
Analytics & Business Performance
- Track KPIs including revenue by service line, provider performance, and sales.
- Prepare and present quarterly med spa business reviews with actionable insights for leadership.
