Day Shift
Location: Fort Meade FL
Schedule: Full-Time/ Part-Time Options Available 7a-7p
Are you an RN or LPN looking for meaningful one-on-one patient care? NorthBay Home Health is seeking dedicated, compassionate nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive home environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting
- Follow established care plans and monitor patient progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes
Requirements
- Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus
- Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025), the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse has launched a new Education and Awareness website. Please access it using the link below:

Pay Range
- LPN: $23 – $32/hr
