Your Day-to-Day as an Entry Level Team Member

• Build genuine connections with prospective customers by learning about their needs, priorities, and connectivity goals.
• Introduce our products and services through informative, consultative conversations tailored to each customer.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail from start to finish.
• Deliver responsive follow-up and ongoing support to create a seamless customer experience and encourage long-term satisfaction.
• Clearly explain available plans, features, and promotions so customers can make informed decisions with confidence.
• Keep customer records organized and ensure enrollment documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with teammates to share ideas, celebrate successes, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Continue expanding your communication, customer relations, and business development skills through hands-on coaching and professional training.

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive attitude with a desire to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
