Key Objectives- Manage and process medical billing claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain detailed records and support financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims using electronic and manual systems.
- Verify patient insurance information and eligibility prior to services.
- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies and denials promptly.
- Follow up with insurance companies and patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate and organized billing records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in medical billing preferred.
