About the Role
This position handles new patient intake and established patient flow.
You keep the day tight, structured, and moving.
You’ll:
- Coordinate and manage a constantly moving schedule with precision
- Guide patients through check-in, check-out, rescheduling, and payments
- Direct new patient calls and match them to the right appointment slots
- Keep the clinic running on time by controlling patient flow
- Communicate clearly with both patients and providers
- Enforce policies with kindness and backbone
- Maintain high kept-appointment rates
- Solve problems early, not react to them late

Key Responsibilities
- Primary coordinator for patient flow
- Manage scheduling with 100% accuracy
- Handle phones with professionalism and efficiency
- Collect payments and maintain clean financial documentation
- Ensure patients complete all required forms and exam steps
- Maintain order and calm in the lobby during busy times
- Track and maintain high kept-appointment percentages
- Prep providers with accurate information each day
- Problem-solve small issues before they become big ones

Schedule
- Mon–Thurs: Full patient schedule
- First 8–12 weeks: Fridays required for training (strong onboarding process)
- After training: Every weekend is a 3-day weekend
