Part-Time Administrative & Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Administrative & Accounting Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our office and accounting team. This position will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including customer service, billing support, collections, and data entry. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task and complete tasks efficiently.
This position is an in-office position based in North Hampton, NH, with some travel to Epping, NH.
- Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate different schedules within normal business hours
- Pay rate: $23 - $28 per hour, depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to the accounting and office team with data entry, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain fleet records, registrations, and required state and local documentation
- Manage collections, including following up on outstanding customer balances
- Support the department with billing, particularly during the winter months
- Complete monthly accounts payable reconciliations
- Provide customer service support by phone and email

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Online required
- Comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Collections, billing, AR, or AP experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
