ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join us in a blended Sales Associate and Administrative Support role. This position is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a small manufacturing business actually runs — from customer inquiry to boat delivery. You'll work closely with ownership and gain exposure across sales, operations, and marine products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support inbound sales inquiries — phone, email, and walk-ins — and help move prospects through the sales process
- Assist with administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, order tracking, and recordkeeping
- Help prepare boats for delivery, including rigging and painting as needed
- Support marketing and customer outreach efforts
- Keep the shop and office organized and running smoothly
- Learn the product line inside and out — and take pride in what we build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver's license — required
- Go-getter attitude with a genuine entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in learning how small businesses operate from the ground up
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Boat knowledge or a marine background is a plus — but not required; we'll teach the right person
- Comfortable with light physical work (rigging, painting, yard tasks)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
