Provides secretarial and administrative support to the school administrative team. Performs a variety of clerical tasks requiring detailed knowledge of school procedures and policies. Supervises students checking in and out of school for illness, doctor appointments, etc. Assists students, parents, other persons coming into office. Under general supervision of the Principal. Strong preference for a bilingual Spanish speaker.
