Shift Lead Level 1 – North Andover Car Wash

North Andover Car Wash is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Lead Level 1 to help run daily operations and lead by example. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping a fast-paced business running smoothly.

This is not just a basic attendant position — we are looking for someone who can take responsibility, guide employees, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and assist with daily operations
• Open and close the car wash
• Guide and support wash attendants
• Handle customer interactions and rewashes professionally
• Load vehicles onto the conveyor safely
• Reset and monitor touchless wash equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and point of sale systems
• Escalate larger issues to management when needed
• Keep the property clean and organized
• Maintain vacuum areas and self-serve bays
• Help minimize downtime and keep operations moving
• Follow and enforce safety procedures

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable leading others and taking initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Mechanically inclined is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Weekend availability preferred
