North American Transport Services (NATS) is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR truck drivers out of Jacksonville, FL. Run over-the-road, 100% no-touch dry van freight with every mile paid — loaded and empty — on a growing, driver-first fleet.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Up to $0.75 per mile all-in ($0.60 base mileage and fuel/MPG bonuses)
• $1,680–$2,440 per week — up to about $127,000 per year
• ALL miles paid — loaded AND empty
• 2,800 guaranteed miles per week — a floor, not a target. The mileage bonus starts at 13,000 miles in a month
• $1,000 hiring bonus — paid in stages, no contract, no clawback
• $700 driver referral bonus Driver of the Month ($300)
• Extra pay for detention, layover, extra stops, early departure, and breakdowns

HOME TIME

• OTR schedule: out about 2–3 weeks, home 3–7 days
• Consistent miles and direct communication with your dispatcher
• Secure personal-vehicle parking at our terminal while you're on the road

EQUIPMENT

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia (2024–2025)
• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Assigned fuel card with network discounts; pet and passenger rider programs

WHAT YOU NEED — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable OTR experience (we do NOT require 2 years)
• Current, valid DOT medical card
• Clean MVR and clear DOT Clearinghouse — no unresolved items
• At least 23 years old
