Responsibilities

- Manage employee schedules, payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and shrink reduction strategies.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and POS system operations.
- Maintain organized records of sales data, bookkeeping activities, and operational reports for smooth store functioning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and basic bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are preferred.
- Ability to manage budgets, perform retail math calculations accurately, and oversee operational tasks efficiently.
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, stock control, and sales management is highly desirable.
