This position is for an Office Administrator with North American Lineman Training Center (NALTC) in McEwen, Tennessee. We are around 1 hour West of Nashville. Please make sure you are comfortable working outside of Nashville, before applying.
This position will be a full-time position of 40 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for Instructors and Directors in the company's continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service to its students.

What do we expect?
This is a growing company looking to expand and find new avenues to sell and promote the program. This position will need to be able to grow with the company. Changes in duties should be expected over the course of employment.
We are specifically looking for an administrator that is confident in their abilities with excellent phone and in-person skills. This candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, they must remain flexible so they can stop what they are doing to tend to unexpected matters throughout the course of the day. We are also looking for a friendly, inviting personality that will help promote the reputation of the company.
Required Prerequisites:
Phone Reception and/or sales background important
Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Suite Products
At least 3 years of office or related sales experience required
What will I be doing?
As an Office Administrator you would be responsible providing administrative and clerical support for Instructors and Directors in the company's continuing effort to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet and assist students and parents. Respond to requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Perform word-processing (Microsoft Word), typing, e-mailing, data-entry (Microsoft Access), filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes.
- Answer telephones.
- Expedite correspondence.
- Learn the profession of Linework in order to sell the company and program to potential students and employers.
- Order and inventory t-shirt merchandise, general office and cleaning supplies, student equipment.
- Interact with government agencies for student financial assistance and/or reauthorization from the state.
- Sell the program to potential students, their guardians, and employers.
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and calculations for government agencies.
- Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed.
- Invoice Current and Potential Students.
- Follow-up on student assistance payments in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant.
- Create and update bank reconciliations
- Updating student database with information regarding payment status, etc.
- Notify management of late balances.
- File material receipts and other supporting documents.
What benefits will I receive?
Starting pay range is $13.00-15.00 per hour with an 8-hour day required 5 days a week. This is a full-time position and the details of full-time employment will be discussed in the interview. Additionally, quarterly and annual bonuses will be provided to candidates that help to fulfill the mission of the company.
