Job Summary: The Marketing Associate is a key contributor to the NAIS Marketing team, supporting the execution and analysis of marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness. This role combines administrative support, data analysis, content collaboration, and vendor coordination to ensure marketing efforts are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily marketing and administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly
- Assist with preparing and organizing reports related to marketing and sales performance
- Help collect and review agent, consumer, and campaign data (such as website traffic and engagement metrics)
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events and marketing activities
- Contribute to content creation efforts, including social media, marketing materials, email campaigns, and promotional advertising
- Communicate with and provide marketing support to our network of independent agents, helping ensure they have the tools and information they need
- Collaborate closely with the internal Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives and agent needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required (Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred)
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Capcut, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and email marketing platforms is a plus
