North American Commercial is currently seeking new and experienced agents to specialize in the acquisition and disposition of Commercial Real Estate. We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals that have a desire to make $100K per year.

Primary Duties

* Develop specialization in one of the major CRE product types (Ex: Office, Retail, Industrial, Multi-family or Land)

* Prospect for new investment sale listings on a daily basis (Cold Calling for First Appointments).

* Cultivate relationships by prospecting, networking and targeting Commercial Real Estate owners

* Prepare and draft listing agreements/offers for Buyers and Sellers of commercial real estate.

* Track and monitor on and off market opportunities.

* Consult with owners to add value and increase profitability.

* Maintain compliance with all state laws and regulations.

Requirements

* Bachelors or Associates Degree (preferred).

* Previous sales or marketing experience.

* NV Real Estate License

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Self-Motivated, Reliable, and excellent Work Ethic.

* Requires knowledge of Financial Terms and Principles.

* Attending Network and Industry Events.

* Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret Real Estate Documents.

* Ability to manage time and set project deadlines.
