BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION
Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm
The Genesee Brew House is looking for a motivated Dishwasher. This position ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
- Maintain working area safe and clean; sweep/mop as needed
- Maintain kitchen floors clean and dry ensuring timely wipe up and clean-up of any spills
- Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse falls below safety standard temperatures

- Manual dexterity skills
- Organizational skills
- Active listening - paying full attention to what is being said, understanding points being made, asking questions as appropriate
- Speaking - effectively convey information to others
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- Standing for long periods of time on concrete floors, climbing stairs occasionally, and frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with assistance up to two times per shift
- Exposure to moderate noise levels, moderate heat, open flames, hot surfaces, knives and sharp objects
- Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts burns, slipping, and tripping
