North Allegheny School District seeks candidates to fill a Social Worker Long-Term Substitute position at Ingomar Middle School and Franklin Elementary School, effective January 19, 2026 through June 8, 2026.

The social worker is responsible for assisting with broader school culture and climate issues including areas of social and emotional growth and development.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.

Master's degree in education or closely related field preferred.

Pennsylvania State Home and School Visitor Certification or Social Worker License required.

Current Clearances Are Required And Include

• Child Abuse History Clearance
• PA Criminal Record Check
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
• Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
