North Allegheny School District, a large suburban district in the Pittsburgh region with over 8,500 students and 1100 employees, has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Services. The Administrative Assistant provides confidential and high-quality administrative support to the Director of Student Services and contributes to the smooth and efficient operations resulting in a maximum positive impact on the education environment; acts as a liaison and information conduit among the Central Administrative Offices, administrators, students, staff, parents, and/or the community.06/19/2022
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree, preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience to an executive or combination of experience to fulfill the requirements of the position.
Experience and skilled in using electronic communication methods and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
Appointment effective July 2022. Full benefit package available. Hiring Range for the position is $47,000 - $52,000.
