Mental Health Therapist/Counselor - Licensed (or licensed by October 2026)

Responsibilities:
- Help clients achieve their therapeutic goals through various evidence-based counseling methodologies
- Complete timely documentation: initial assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, etc.
- Respond to email/correspondence
- Attend occasional meetings/trainings/BBQs
- A plus: special interest in working with teens, children, couples and/or neurodivergent people
Pay & Schedule:
- Licensed: ~$80,976/year at 28 client spots per week; includes PTO. $56/hr for clients, $25/hr for documentation/other
- Full time is 28 clients per week; Part time is 20 clients/week. Working more equals more pay, of course
- This is an in-person position with the option of having 1 day be remote telehealth from home.

Eligibility:
- Masters degree in mental health-related field
- Licensed (or will be licensed by October 2026) with an Oregon state board (e.g., OBLPCT, OBSW or OBP)
