This is an office position (Monday - Friday) with some travel to job sites as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects and ensure they are used effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance to onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, regulatory agencies, and clients
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure reasonable order costs
- Promote safe and healthy work practices to mitigate risks on project sites
- Invoice suppliers and authorize payments to subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate fabrication activities with shop superintendents
- Arrange and schedule shipments
- Travel to assigned job sites as necessary
- Previous project management experience within structural steel, 2-3 years preferred;
- Experience managing projects without compromising safety or quality;
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management; Engineering; Business or related field preferred;
- Familiarity with construction management software;
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills;
- Deadline and detail-oriented to meet schedule;
