Your daily role:
- Adhere to all aspects of USDA and customer specifications. Review areas requiring improvement and/or retraining.
- Perform weight/grade audits.Perform metal detector audits.
- Perform sanitation inspections.
- Conduct product samplings as required for raw materials and finished product.
- Complete paperwork associated with holds and releases.
- Responsible for following all of the facility HACCP plan and quality system procedures.
- Responsible for following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures and quality system procedures.
- Communicates issues to Group Leaders in a timely, professional manner.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Quality Systems Group Leader and Quality Systems Manager.
Pay Rate: $18 an hour
