What You'll Bring

- Experience leading, training, or supporting team members

- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

What You'll Do
- Lead and support a manufacturing team in meeting quality, safety, and production goals.
- Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting equipment, processes, and product issues as needed.
- Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to solve problems, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Help ensure the production of high-quality products used in lifesaving medical, aerospace, and defense applications.
