What are the responsibilities and job description for the Norte Youth Cycling Program Specialist position at Norte Youth Cycling?
POSITION SUMMARY Norte seeks a Program Specialist to oversee our spring and fall mountain bike programs, the Norte Race Team, and community Learn-to-Ride lessons. This position will also support a wide variety of initiatives and events that engage and empower individuals of all ages and abilities to be active and connected to their communities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The Program Specialist will develop and nurture relationships with program and event participants, coaches, volunteers, local schools, community partners, and others on behalf of Norte Youth Cycling.
