Join one of the fastest growing companies in the area as an Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking an outstanding individual that can assist in growing the Company in our upcoming cattle trailer market. This position will require a self-starter and creative planner as well as an organized individual that can follow up with multiple lead sources concurrently. This position offers a base salary with a commission and bonus structure and may require some travel.
Responsibilities:
- Log calls and activities
- Input quotes and confirmations into ERP system
- Continuous competitive research and market offerings
- Knowledge of company products and offerings
- Continuous performance to meet company goals and expectations
- Monitor sales order and work order progress as needed to ensure delivery dates
- Arrange shipments via approved carriers for product delivery
- Coordinate shipments with the shipping department
- Continuous communication with accounting and production to alert of any concerns
- Frequent travel to meet outside dealerships and prospects
- Occasional travel to trade show to represent Norstar products
- Continuous building of improved dealer relationships
- Account research and prospecting
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred
- 3 Years previous sales history, B2B experience a plus
- 3-5 years experience in cattle trailer sales
- Proven ability to work efficiently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor in person, over the phone, and via email
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Punctuality and reliable attendance required
- Must have winning attitude and dedication to ensure Company growth
