What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Groundskeeper position at Norstar Accolade Property Managment?
Looking for a Porter/ Groundskeeper for a Luxury Apartment Community in Palmetto, Florida
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
- Execute and sustain daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Cleaning of Grounds and Pressure washing breezeways and exterior of Buildings.
- Complete unit turns/cleans for occupancy within established deadlines when needed
- Help with work order requests and ensuring completion within established timeline when needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times and reporting any safety concerns/issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
- Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Participate in on-going property preventative maintenance plan
- On call duties are required and overtime will be necessary periodically
- Complete required tasks such as required training, logs and reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate adequate inventory of maintenance supplies and parts to be reported to Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
- Other duties as may be periodically assigned by Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
