What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Norstar Accolade Property Managment?
Looking for a Full Time Housekeeper for an Apartment Community in Palmetto, Florida
Duties included but not limited to:
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartment homes and common areas including clubhouse, pool bathrooms, etc.. Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning appliances, cabinets and polishing floors to maintain pristine conditions.
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Weekly Cleaning of elevator floors and interior and exterior of elevators.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and replenished as needed.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor
