Norris Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home care services for a client located in the Carlsbad.
The ideal candidate will be working an morning shift 9:30am to 12:30am
Position Details
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Schedule: Approximately 21 hours per week
Employment Type: Part-Time with potential for additional hours
Start Date: Immediate opening available
Responsibilities
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting,feeding)
Companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Mobility and transfer assistance
Monitoring client safety and well-being
Accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience required
Experience working with seniors preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Ability to pass background screening
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Preferred Candidate
We strongly prefer applicants who live in or near Carlsbad, or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance and minimize commute times.
