What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Paraprofessional at Norris Elementary - 4 Hours Per Day (Short Term) position at NORRIS ELEM?
Norris Elementary is seeking a student centered and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with students and small groups throughout the day on learning goals in reading, writing, math, and social skills.
- Support student IEP minutes in the classroom, small group, or one on one settings
- Collaborate with teachers to collect and share progress data, and adjust strategies to meet student needs.
- Build positive and supportive relationships
- Assist students with organization, staying on task, and completing assignments.
Working Hours are 4 Hours Per Day
Preferred hours are 8:45-12:45, but can be flexible for the right candidate!
*This role is a short term position, and is scheduled to end on December 19, 2025*
