What are the responsibilities and job description for the Re-Teaching Professional at Norris Elementary position at NORRIS ELEM?
Norris Elementary is seeking a highly motivated staff member to work with small groups of students in grades K-5. This individual will re-teach math and reading concepts, and support students in classrooms. The re-teaching professional will collaborate with teachers and support staff, collect data on student progress, and build positive relationships with students. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and is patient, flexible, and committed to supporting diverse learners.
Preferred Hours:
M, T, Th, F: 8:15-3:30
W: 8:15-2:30

This is a temporary position based on grant funding for the current year, and there is no guaranteed permanent employment in future school years.
The hours are approximately 35 hours per week. Starting pay is $16.78 per hour. A certificated staff member may receive additional compensation.
