Job Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Setup new hardware and configure as needed
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Experience with VPN connections is highly desirable
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Answer phone and assist employees with a range of issues
- Install and Support Printer and Scanner issues
- Setup User accounts in active directory
- Support Android/Apple phones and tablets
- VMWare experience helpful
- Microsoft SQL experience desired but not required
- Firewall experience helpful
- Setup and support company emails
- Microsoft Office experience
- Install and configure company antivirus
- Experience with TeamViewer
- Handheld radio experience helpful but not required
- Knowledge of VLAN configurations
- Knowledge of Cradlepoint Devices
- Experience with backup solutions
