Currently Douds Stone, LLC has 12 open pit quarries and 2 sand operations. Our locations stretch from Eddyville, IA to Wever, IA and as far north as Keswick, IA.
Job Description
Repair and maintain heavy machinery and mechanical equipment. Examine mechanical equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Adjust, clean, and lubricate parts of mechanical devices as necessary. Has working knowledge and skills to perform a defined set of analytical/scientific methods or operational processes. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. Will work 5 10 hour days. CDL is required for this position and we will help obtain. Pay ranges from $24-$28 per hour based on experience.
Quarry experience would be a plus.
