At Norres Baggerman, we're looking for a Quality & QMS Coordinator to lead our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System while partnering with production to improve product quality, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Perform product inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead corrective actions, root cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate internal audits, document control, and calibration records
- Track quality KPIs and support management reviews
- Train employees in quality standards and partner with production to improve processes
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of manufacturing quality or quality systems experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working on the production floor and in an office environment
