NORPAC is now accepting applications for Paper Mill Production Team Member (Entry Level) positions.
Qualifications:What We Are Looking for:
• Physical Endurance: Able to perform heavy physical labor in hot, humid, and noisy environments
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude
• Attention to Detail: Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Basic Skills: Solid math, reading, and writing abilities
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Preferred:
- Previous experience in industrial production experience
- Familiarity with mobile equipment and mechanical aptitude
Compensation:
NORPAC encourages professional development/tenure and rewards its employees based on time and performance. Starting pay is $24.71/hour, including a premium. Based on time and performance, pay typically reaches full rate of $33.49 per hour in about 18 months.
