Norm’s Used Cars is looking for a permanent full-time Automotive Front Counter Service Writer, prior automotive experience helpful. We are a family owned and operated business with an excellent reputation celebrating 47 years in the business.
Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments
- Selling service and repair work
- Good organization and basic computer skills
- Cash out customers
- Writing Repair orders and assigning to technicians
- Data Entry into industry specific software
- Order parts for technicians
- Working with Vendors for tires and parts
- Answer phones in a timely manner while waiting on customers
- Front Counter Service Writer
Automotive Service Writer Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work standing and sitting
- Maintain work space cleanliness and efficiency
- Ability to multitask
