Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join a growing firearms manufacturer in Andersonville, Tennessee. oAs the Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality systems across manufacturing operations while serving as a key liaison between production, suppliers, and customers

• ).Partner with suppliers to resolve incoming quality issues and improve overall supplier performanc
• e.Address customer quality concerns with professionalism and urgenc
• y.Evaluate and qualify suppliers while supporting subcontractor quality managemen
• t.Train employees and internal auditors on quality standards and best practice
• s.Utilize precision measurement tools and inspection methods to verify product conformanc
• e.Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and product specifications to ensure manufacturing accurac
• y.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and product qualit

y.
What We're Looking

• ForMinimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environme
• nt.Strong understanding of machining, mechanical assembly, metal fabrication, or metal casting process
• es.Experience performing geometric inspections using standard measuring equipme
• nt.Working knowledge of computerized inspection systems such as CMM, GOM, or O
• GP.Ability to read and interpret complex technical and engineering drawin
• gs.Experience conducting internal and supplier quality audi
• ts.Strong background in supplier quality management and root cause analys
• is.Experience implementing CAPA processes and driving corrective actio
• ns.Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional tea
