JOB SUMMARY
Normandy Schools Collaborative is seeking passionate individual(s) who are interested in pursuing a career as a certified teacher. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving support to grow into a full teaching role.
Reports to: Building Administrator
Supervises: None
Pay Grade: Competitive hourly rate (based on position)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist teachers in classroom instruction and student support
- Support learning activities and classroom management
- Provide coverage as a Substitute Teacher when needed
- Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities

- Passion for education and working with students
- Previous experience in education is preferred but not required
