We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Pediatric APRN to join our growing private pediatric practice. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including sick visits, well-child exams, and follow-up appointments
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Florida APRN guidelines
- Administer and review immunizations following current pediatric recommendations
- Educate patients and parents regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, nutrition, development, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure efficient patient care and workflow
- Participate in care coordination, referrals, and follow-up management as needed
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, clinical protocols, and quality standards
Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Qualifications
- Active Florida APRN license
- National board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or equivalent
- Current BLS/PALS certification preferred
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
