Job Summary
The Wellness nurse plays a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing department within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring they meet medical and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary based on assessments and evaluations.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Current nursing license with a minimum of WA licensure required.
