Education
Degree in Health Administration Services, Education or Business preferred. Consideration will be given to individuals with 3-5 years’ experience in Registration, Patient Accounting or Centralized Scheduling who do not have a degree.
Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in a hospital admitting/patient accounting/scheduling area as a Trainer. Ability to draft policies, procedures, and manuals for all job descriptions within Patient Access department. Professional appearance and ability to correspond and present to higher leadership.
Licensure/Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment
