- $46.35-$75.70/hr based on previous work experience

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, business planning, strategic planning, evidence-based practice, budgeting, productivity required, thorough understanding of all healthcare regulatory and compliance measures related to women's services
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and effectively lead others
- Must be able to show a history of implementing successful quality improvement and efficiency improvement initiative
- BSN required
- Master's Degree required or actively working on Master's Degree in a field relative to the position
- Five years' experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years' experience in upper level management in a medium to large healthcare facility
- Current Oklahoma nursing license as a registered nurse
