Compensation / Benefits

• $14.29-23.34/hr. depending on previous employment history.
• Evening differential $1.10/hr.
• Night differential $1.25/hr.
• Weekend differential $1.25/hr.

Our Sterile Processing Department is a fast paced, team oriented, quality driven team consisting of 22 members, with experience ranging from 6 months to 37 years. The types of procedures performed in our health system include cardiology, orthopedics, dental, endocrine, ear, nose and throat, general surgery, robotics, gynecology, labor and delivery, neurology urology, and bariatrics. As a team, we process between 2500 and 7500 instruments per day. Our processing technicians demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, critical thinking skills and recognize the importance of their role as a key component to our health systems commitment to our patients and the need for quality work. Qualifications

Education

• High school education or the equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• One year healthcare experience preferred, can be waived at manager's discretion.

M-F 0530am-2:00pm with Call and weekend rotation
