Skills And Experience
- must have 3 or more years experience programming multiple inspection systems (ex: Finescan, OGP Smartscope, CMM, Comparator, Toolscope, etc.)
- proficiency in CMM programming preferred
- strong understanding of GD&T
- must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts in working terms to others and the ability to document work and/or create work instructions as needed
- demonstrated ability to successfully develop and integrate new inspection methods into production
- demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and interpret inspection data
- ability to develop and execute validation documentation (IQ/TMV/MSV) and understand QMS requirements
- demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving through inspection process improvement and provide feedback
- may be overtime in this role
