Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including cleaning tables, sweeping floors, & wiping down surfaces
- Seating customers, Answering phones, Process payments, & taking to go orders
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and bussing efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
