Position: Enrollment Coordinator
Studio Location: Norma's Academy of Dance, Fairburn, GA
Hours: Part-Time, approximately 31 hours per week
Typical Schedule
Monday-Thurday: 1:00 PM–7:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–1:30 PM
Additional hours may be available during registration periods, enrollment campaigns, performances, Open House events, and other studio initiatives.
Overview
Norma's Academy of Dance is a vibrant dance studio located in Fairburn, Georgia. For over 50 years, our studio has served families throughout the South Fulton community by providing high-quality dance education in a supportive, inspiring, and family-centered environment.
We are seeking a relationship-driven, highly organized, and goal-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to help grow and retain our student community. This is a sales-focused position that combines relationship-building, enrollment marketing, and customer service. The Enrollment Coordinator serves as the primary guide for prospective families, using phone calls, emails, text campaigns, studio tours, and personal outreach to move families from inquiry to enrollment while helping the studio achieve its enrollment and retention goals.

They are equally excited about connecting with people and using systems, data, and follow-up strategies to improve conversion, retention, and long-term family engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The Enrollment Coordinator serves as the primary guide for prospective families throughout their journey from inquiry to enrollment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead Management & Sales
- Respond to new inquiries via phone, email, text, and website forms
- Follow up with prospective families and nurture leads
- Schedule, confirm, and manage trial classes
- Conduct studio tours and enrollment consultations
- Guide families through class placement and registration
- Convert inquiries and trials into enrolled students
- Promote additional programs, camps, intensives, and classes when appropriate
Trial Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact during trial visits
- Create a welcoming and informative experience for prospective families
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and texts after trials
- Track trial outcomes and conversion rates
Retention & Reactivation
- Monitor withdrawals and identify retention opportunities
- Conduct initial withdrawal conversations and send exit surveys
- Follow up with former students and families regarding return opportunities
- Support re-enrollment campaigns and seasonal registration initiatives
New Family Onboarding
- Manage the studio's 6-week onboarding process for all new students and families
- Coordinate onboarding communications, check-ins, and progress touchpoints with support from the Studio Experience Coordinator
- Monitor new student engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen retention during the first 90 days
- Ensure families receive a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from registration through their first weeks of classes
- Track onboarding completion and communicate any concerns or intervention opportunities to leadership
Enrollment Reporting & Metrics
- Track inquiries, trials, enrollments, withdrawals, and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate student records in Studio Pro and Studio Sync (Go High Level)
- Generate weekly enrollment reports for leadership
- Monitor progress toward enrollment goals and identify opportunities for growth
- Campaign Support
- Create and execute enrollment-focused email, text, and call campaigns for prospective families
- Build and manage lead nurture sequences for inquiries, trials, incomplete registrations, and former students
- Assist with referral campaigns, registration promotions, Bring-a-Friend events, and seasonal enrollment initiatives
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on conversion data
- Collaborate with the Content Coordinator to ensure campaign messaging is supported by appropriate content and marketing assets
Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Preferred experience with:
- Sales, customer service, admissions, enrollment, or membership-based businesses
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- CRM systems, lead management platforms, and sales pipelines
- Mail merge tools and personalized email campaigns
- Project management platforms such as Asana
- Team communication platforms such as Slack
- Workflow automation tools such as Zapier
- Studio Pro (training provided)
- Studio Sync / Go High Level (training provided)

Compensation
Starting at $22/hr, with a bonus structure tied to meeting studio enrollment milestones.
For the right candidate, there is potential to grow into a larger administrative role and eventually transition into a salaried position based on performance, enrollment results, and studio needs.
