Position Summary:

We are actively hiring dependable, compassionate, and motivated Childcare Teachers and Childcare Staff to join our growing team.The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, committed to maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

* Provide attentive, nurturing care for children throughout the day.

* Supervise classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods.

* Support children’s cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development.

* Plan and assist with age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities.

* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary classroom environment.

* Follow all Pennsylvania childcare licensing regulations and health and safety procedures.

* Communicate professionally and respectfully with parents and guardians.

* Observe children’s progress and report concerns or milestones to leadership.

* Assist with classroom preparation, daily documentation, and record keeping.

* Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (required).

* Childcare experience or Early Childhood Education coursework (preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* A caring, patient, and professional attitude.

* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.

* Knowledge of basic childcare health, safety, and sanitation practices.

We are actively seeking applicants who already possess the required Pennsylvania childcare clearances and certifications, allowing them to begin employment immediately.
