This Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer & Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about building exceptional teams from the ground up. You will play a key role in helping Norm AI scale by sourcing top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design, while also contributing to our employer brand and representation within the tech community.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner closely with our senior recruiting team by identifying top candidates and managing coordination processes for our Engineering and Product teams end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
$90,000-$120,000 a year plus equity.
The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills (as uncovered during the interview process), experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed here reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits. We offer a competitive salary along with equity compensation. Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner closely with our senior recruiting team by identifying top candidates and managing coordination processes for our Engineering and Product teams end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sourcing efforts for technical roles by identifying and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screening inbound applicants for qualifications and role alignment.
- Coordinating interviews, managing scheduling logistics, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Maintaining and updating candidate pipelines and recruiting systems.
- Contributing to a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional throughout the process.
- Assisting in tracking recruiting metrics and preparing reports. Representing Norm AI with professionalism and enthusiasm, supporting employer brand initiatives.
- 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or operations
- Proven ability to attract top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and enthusiasm for building processes from scratch.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail when tracking candidates and updating ATS/CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Based in NYC and comfortable working in a hybrid model.
- Familiarity with Ashby
- Experience hiring in engineering organizations
- Experience with interview scheduling and calendar management
- Background at an early-stage, venture-backed startup
